Conflict often escalates unnecessarily as a consequence of avoiding difficult conversations. Developing the skills to have effective conversations about challenging topics is crucial to effective transformation and effective management. These skills are not intuitive however, they can be taught, learned and practiced in order to mitigate escalation of conflict.
Aisha Hauser is a competent and compassionate religious educator, dedicated to lifespan faith development. She is especially effective at working collaboratively with others to lead and develop transformational faith formation opportunities for folks of all ages. She is as stalwart as she is coachable, effectively executing what she does best while remaining open for opportunities to learn, grow and change.
